World of Wellness Program®
This program is meant to give you a complete picture of your current life style and which elements thereof could be improved. The program also offers our full range of coaching video’s and Home Training Kit. The program does not include the Watch’R® and the StressEraser®. However, in our web shop you may always purchase additional the Watch’R® or the StressEraser®.
The program is valid for one year. During this period you are able to record your progress on your Personal Page. In the below diagram you will find a schematic view of the program.
This program also includes your Membership Card, your Personal Page, your Wellness Test®, your Wellness Index® and your PHMP®. In the physical component of the Wellness Test® we determine your body composition, fitness level, your heart rate variability (HRV) and analyze your blood in terms of glucose, total cholesterol and HDL. For this reason your Stress Index® is not only based on the answers given during the stress survey but also on a HRV-analysis. Moreover, your PHMP® also includes your CHD Index or 10 year Coronary Heart Disease risk profile.
