Your personal details
All World of Wellness companies comply with the Data Protection Act and how we process the data is registered with the CBP (Dutch Data Protection Authority).
We can use your details to improve our service to you even further. When you apply for a Health Service Agreement we will ask you for personal details, which we use within World of Wellness to initiate and carry out your Health Service Agreement, as well as for statistical analysis and to be able to meet certain legal requirements. We can also use your personal details to inform you about products and services relevant to you.
Protection of your privacy is important to us. We treat your personal details with great care; our systems are highly secure and prevent unauthorized persons from within or outside our organization from gaining access to them.
My Personal Page
You can log on to your Personal Page via our website. Upon your initial registration you will receive an email from WoW Services (USA), LLC. containing your activation code. After entering this code once, you will be able to log in with your user name and password.
On My Personal Page you will be able to view the current Health Service Agreement with WoW Services (USA), LLC., the wellness services provided thereunder and your profile, amongst other things. My Personal Page is secure and only accessible to you.
Cookies
The World of Wellness website uses a service to measure and analyze visitor information. Your IP address is used to collect web traffic details, details of your browser type and computer as well as other details. We use this information to tailor our website to your wishes and preferences. We will not use these details to identify you personally.
The website also makes use of cookies. A cookie is a small piece of information that is saved on your computer in the form of a file that enables faster navigation of the website on repeat visits. We will not use any information from cookies to identify you personally. You can change your cookie settings: by altering the settings of your browser you can choose to accept all cookies, to be notified when a cookie is saved or to reject all cookies. Modifications
We may alter the text of this privacy policy with respect to new developments in, for example, the field of company activities. World of Wellness reserves the right to make changes to the privacy policy. World of Wellness will of course adapt the privacy policy where necessary to comply with changes to the law.
